Growth of Two Companies Means Move to Bigger Facility

LOUISVILLE, Ky. (Feb. 6, 2007) - Life Safety Services, a nationwide fire and smoke damper inspection company owned and operated by Jack Meredith and Craig Rutledge have moved operations to 4720 Pinewood Road in Louisville. The new 9,000 square foot facility includes 5,500 sq. feet of office space and 3,500 sq. feet of warehouse space."Our company has grown so rapidly in the last two years that we have outgrown our current location. We were limited in our ability to bring in additional support staff in our other locations, and were in need of more space for our equipment and vehicles," said Rutledge. "Our new site is a perfect combination allowing for additional office and the warehouse space we needed."
According to Rutledge, the location on Pinewood Road puts them closer to the mechanical and general contractors. It is also close to the airport, an added benefit for the employees of Life Safety Services who travel all over the country inspecting fire and smoke dampers in large facilities including hospitals and factories. The company currently has over 30 employees.
